Our content
The House of India name, logo, artwork, photography, and the app itself belong to us and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may use the app to order food; that's the extent of the licence.
These terms cover your use of the House of India PA app. By placing an order through the app, you're agreeing to them.
You can browse the menu without an account, but you'll need one to save details, earn rewards, or keep favorites. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
An order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when the restaurant confirms it, and you'll see the status change in the app. We may decline an order — for example if an item has sold out, a delivery address is outside our range, or we can't complete it in a reasonable time.
Please check your order before paying. Once an order has gone to the kitchen we generally can't change or cancel it from within the app. If something's wrong, call the restaurant straight away on (610) 200-5233 and we'll do what we can.
Estimated times are estimates, not guarantees — they move with how busy the kitchen is. For delivery, please make sure the address and any access instructions are correct. If a driver can't reach you, we may have to treat the order as complete.
Delivery fees are based on distance from the restaurant you ordered from, and are shown in your cart before payment. Addresses outside our range will be flagged at checkout.
Rewards are run through Square Loyalty and are tied to your phone number, so points earned in the app and at the register go to the same account. Points have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and may expire under the terms of the programme. We may change or end the programme; we won't take away points you've already earned without telling you.
Rewards are applied at checkout, and a reward used on an order that's later cancelled will normally be returned to your account.
Gift cards are issued through Square and can be used at either restaurant or in the app. They can't be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it, and we're not able to replace a card number that's been shared or lost.
If something's wrong with your order, contact us the same day and we'll put it right — usually a replacement item or a refund of the item in question. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Square and can take a few business days to appear.
Please call us if you have a serious allergy. Dish descriptions and dietary tags are provided in good faith, but our kitchens handle nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens, and we can't guarantee any dish is free of traces. Call the restaurant before ordering so we can advise you properly.

We may suspend or close an account that's being used this way.

We try to keep the app running smoothly, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features. Ordering also depends on services we don't control, including Square and your device's app store.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.
